Fly into Athens, and go to the closest port Rafina (20 minutes from the airport by taxi) and take a boat to Tinos (2h with fast boat or 4h with ferry). During the summer there are about 10 boats a day to Tinos, a combination of fast boats and ferries.
Or go to Piraeus, (with taxi) and take a boat to Tinos (3h 45m with fast ferry or 5h 15 with regular ferry).
Fly into Mykonos – take a boat to Tinos (with ferry or fast boat) trip duration 20m-40m. There are many boats a day connecting the short distance between the 2 islands.
